Fix Notification Delay In Xiaomi MIUI Rom:

The first thing in order to Notifications of Service Chating you are not subject to delay is to change the default settings of Power Management MIUI order, apps do not bypass directly Power Management and as it should be. Follows the steps to enable

1. The first step is Enable Autostart.
2. Go to Application Security> Permissions> Autostart
